Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

We accept returns only in cases where the product received is damaged or incorrect. Requests for returns must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, or discounted periods are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
